If you are booking outside of 30 days of your reservation a deposit will be due to hold your booking upon reserving. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival less the deposit. All bookings made within 30 days of arrival are subject to full payment.
Terms & Conditions
The Renter agrees to a $250 damage deposit, refundable within 48 hours after check out and inspection.
- The trailer must be locked at all times when not occupied.
- A 50% refund is available for cancellations up until 14 days prior to check-in
- A full refund is provided for cancellations made 30 days-15 days prior to check-in.
- The Renter must abide by the campground rules.
- The Renter must vacate the trailer 1 hour before the campground’s posted check-out time.
- The Renter must text 905-329-7176 upon check out.
- The trailer will not be moved by the Renter.
- The Renter must not take any amenities provided. This contract is for renting the trailer only.
The campsite must be booked separately, and campsite fees are separate from the trailer rental fee.
- Campground information must be provided to the Owner for delivery. - The trailer is available for delivery only.
- The Renter must be 25 years or older to book the trailer and must provide a valid government-issued ID.
The Renter is responsible for any damages incurred during the rental period.
- The trailer must be returned in the same condition as when rented.
- The Renter is responsible for any fines or penalties imposed by the campground due to violations of their rules. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the trailer. - Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained from the Owner.
- The Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the rental period. - The Renter is responsible for any towing fees incurred if the trailer needs to be moved.
